I haven't updated in awhile...but get this: I GRADUATE IN LIKE 2 WEEKS!
i'm pretty excited about that.
and taylors wedding is may 12. i still haven't found a dress, but i found a relatively cheap flight to nashville, so that's something at least...right?
today i bought a new phone. SCORE. it's a samsung, champagne. it flips open 2 ways and has a full keyboard for texting. but i don't have it yet, because i didn't want the gold color, i wanted the all black one. but i have switched from cingular to verizon...so i feel pretty good about that.
hmmm...i also bought orange nail polish for summer. yay!
i have my final presentation on my research project tuesday morning at 9. holy stress. seriously, it's pretty much amazing that i am functioning at all at this point.
i also have a 10 min presentation on a paper i haven't done anything for yet, on thursday. oh, and a 10 page paper due may 4. oh and an anatomy test monday, oh and a final on friday for a class i never bought the book for. the last 3 though-- least of my concerns!
so being an almost college graduate feels nice. especially since i already have a job in my field. that definately takes a lot of stress off the whole graduating thing. y'know? it's like- hey, i have a job. so when i go to grad school, i can say, hey! this school might actually be relevant to my life! haha.
my boss and i were talking the other day about how you sit in a class and you learn all sorts of things, and then in the real world it's completely different. and i'm like...i totally get it, because in the real world, the people are real...and they come with all sorts of complications no one really tells you about in class. or random stuff comes up and you are just like WTF???
oh, and darko is on my tv now which obviously makes me happy even though as brian said...Orlando wouldn't beat detroit even if our five starting players died.
but whatever. i think darko got a haircut.
