i got home today around 5 am from tour and went to sleep. when i woke up, my dad was home which was unusual since he was supposed to be at work. after working for his company for 31 years, he was laid off on friday to "cut costs." things are really uncertain and scary right now... i'm starting to feel stressed beyond belief. all we have is each ( Read more... )

mall jobs suck, but a lot of them are hiring seasonal right now. you can work a shitty job for a few months while looking around at others. you know you get my reference if you apply at lush. oh! and look into what sarah does- those companies pay a lot of money, provide training and support, and it's probably the best job i have ever worked.

oh, and the most important part: i'm sorry you're going through this. the anger you're feeling, a lot of our friends feel it too. my hours are getting cut at work and my rent keeps going up, you can imagine how fucking angry i am. i really hope things work out for you and your dad. i love you.

sarah w! i am pretty sure she works with autistic children. i worked with H.O.P.E. group and metrocare. both were rad companies to work for, but metro was smaller and i thought worked more efficiently.
