dear charter customers, please don't call me tonight

So I'm trying to put off getting ready to go to work, but I should definitely be getting ready this very moment. Apparently I have to be there at least 15 minutes early today so I can get logged into the system and bring up all my tools I'll need for troubleshooting.
I'm not quite sure I'm ready to be on the phones yet. Actually, I'm positive that I'm not ready.
I don't know how to fix my own cable, let alone talk someone through fixing theirs.

Hopefully I can make it through the first four hours of tonight. If I can manage that, I think I'll be okay.
