I hope everyone's having a *good* New Years. I know I shouldn't be complaining, because that's all I really ever do in this journal, but I really sort of wanted to do something...oh, I don't know, fun? For New Years? Like maybe, go to New York and spend New Years with my grandparents? Or Chicago? Or something?
I don't think I've wished for anything more then someone to spend New Years with OTHER than my parents. At least my dad turned off West Wing to watch the first ten minutes of the New Years. Lame.
Yep. So here I am. Stranded in fucking Naperville for the 203980423rd time on New Years. But since my parents are the conservative jokes that they are, I'll probably be stuck here for another two years, which probably means another two New Years with the rentals. SUPER!
