This weekend was good. Not long enough even if it was almost a four day weekend, but still go. Saturday I got Devon and then Margaret and Rachel came and got us. We went to Pixie 9, some little 50's vintage store on Cherokee. It was cool, but too expensive. I'm just cheap I guess, but I don't really want to pay $30 for some little jacket. I guess for it being vintage it wasn't priced bad, but I just didn't want to pay for it. They had this cool bike that I wanted though! Then we decided we wanted to go to Crown's Candy because it is the best place ever. Err, got lost going there at first. I love their chocolate malts. Best things in the world. Margaret needed to be home at 5 because she was going somewhere so we took her home. Then we went to the Loop. We spent so much time in Good luck shoe. Antoine (who I swear everyone from St. Louis knows) came in and was telling us about some party and a fight. This guy is hilarious, except theres something a little off about him. He asked us what kind of music we liked and Devon said "opera and bluegrass" kidding and he was going on about some "metal" he liked and we were cracking up because Devon kept fucking with him and when she finally told him she was lying he got really upset....but not at her. She said sorry and he said being totally serious "Don't be sorry, it was my fault. You have nothing to be sorry about." Damn, that was "quality." Hahaha. OK, so I can't explain the story that well but it was great.

Went to Rag O Rama and Ziezo. It was my goal to buy lots of things and yet I got nothing. Boo. Vintage Vinyl and then Fitz's for a soda. Um, this is when I got pissed off and wanting to hurt someone. We won't go into it. We went back to Devon's and watched Clueless. Haha. Some night we're going to have a teen movie night. It'll be great. Sunday I sat around all day and slept then got Devon. Got ready and my house and Rachel came and I got Margaret and we got to Lemp. We got there while the ex-Carry On/Killaway & The One Inch Punch (can't remember their name at ALL) were playing. It was soooo crowded. I could not figure out why. It was strange. I couldn't even move. I don't think I liked that too much. Then was So Many Dynamos. Ummm...lamest crowd ever. I just wanted to dance but everyone stood still. Devon yelled out "Everyone dance!!" but no one listened. Extremely disappointed. They were great though. We sat around and then left when they were shortly after. None of us felt like staying for the last band. Went to South City diner..not serving food, Mangia..same story. Boo. So I took Margaret home and we went to Steak N Shake. Every time I go there something funny happens. There were all these guys and Devon said something sort of loud about them, one turned around and looked at us and then started laughing. It was hilarious. Don from Corbeta Corbata was there. Devon talked to him. Some insanely creepy guy kept staring at me. Very crrepily. I don't know what his deal was. We left at 11:25 and I came home. Devon stayed here. We were going to watch Trainspotting but my stupid VCR wouldn't work so we watched Requiem for a Dream instead. Tonight is Junior Night. Fuuun. Except not.

Um, and here are some pictures from So Many Dynamos. I didn't feel like uploading the rest of the ones I took this weekend.
