Yes, Its true. I am a whore now, for anyone that will give me ride, according to my parents. Friends are not friends to them. They are rides. So I must catch a ride with any sleazy bastard who is horny enough to give a blonde 17 year old a ride. I look like I'm 15, for all you petifiles out there. I must also ignore all groping and sexual gestures in order to get where I need to be, so, men of the world: I am now an easy-lay, thanks to my parents.
What might have caused this you might ask? Well allow me to explain.
School is in 2 days. My father works mornings so he usually isn't home until about 5. My mother works the same hours, but could bring me to school in the morning if I wished.
Except she is in Texas until Thurs, along with my older sister who is now going to stay in Texas. Although, she wouldn't bring me to the hospital if I was dying...so to speak...
My other sister still lives in Lafayette, still...
I do not have my license or my permit, because this is my parent's definition of "taking it slow". In other words, waiting until the last minute and then blaming me for their incompetence.
So yes, its my fault that they never put me under insurance. It is my fault that I have a job. Its my fault that they have a job. Oh, and its also my fault that they never took me to the DMV. Although I fail to see the relevancy of the above stated, I have no rights to say otherwise.
Here is another issue. My mother would allow me to use her car for means of conveyance, except this would mean she would be in a car with another man. GOD NO!!! NOT CAR POOLING!!! Or so my father says.
I am backed up against a corner here. I have a job, but no ride to that job. I have school, but no ride to that school. I would like to get a second job, but...well, you get the picture.
My parents solution is, "Don't you have any friends who drive?" In other words, "Why don't you use people to get a ride?" Thus me coming up with the conclusion that I am a whore, for rides. I must take it any way I can get it, no matter who or what I have to do to get there. Sounds like I'm some kind of executive sleeping with her boss just for a raise.
The second solution would be to ride the bus. Something I would love to set on fire. Why do I hate it so?
A) Because I am old enough to drive. Its like be old enough to drink but not. B) Being how I am, and How open I am about it, there are a lot of questions, and stares. I don't mix well with either. C) Children. I do not think I need to explain more. D) Noise, crowding, and Stupidity. Trust me, after hearing "O MY GOSH! SHE DID!" and "NO YOU ARE" screamed at the top of a 12 year olds lungs, its enough to make anyone want to get their tubes tied at my age.
That's my Dilemma Folks. Sorry about the ranting and the whining, but in my House, we aren't "allowed" to voice any of the above. Why? Well its disrespect. DUH.
