Marching band was flipping awesome. new visuals, new stuff between songs. drumline subway is amazing and sos annie the "police officer". fun conversations with holli.
at 2:53 ish me and em and annie went to do block because we wanted to get our line and everyone followed. it was so awesome. then me and kat and em and sarah and jojo got pulled out to demo backups. i felt special. clarinets got tons of compliments and sophie gets a gold star/sticker on friday. we're doing the maine circut show this weekend so we can show the judges how amazing we are and how we dont deserve a 1.
i love marching band. i love being an upperclassman. i love wednesday practices and fridays and saturdays. i live for shows. i live for practices. i am a band geek. but as jackie says, i make band geeks cool. i make band seem cool. i am a cool band geek. w00t.
oh. and i helped a freshman today.
