Okay, we're in some weird, foreign land called Johto. It's got a few small cities - the one you're in is most likely New Bark Town, I'm in Mahogany Town. And you have to get basically everywhere on foot. It's... kind of ridiculous. I dunno how we got here or how to leave, but... gotta make the best of it.

Demon? Oh! That thing? It's actually something called a pokémon, and it's yours. Apparently these things are supposed to protect you or something, and there are random ones outside and stuff. You'll get balls to catch them in, but mostly they just fight or--

...well, my fish thing stares at me.

But your persona's not here. And high chances are you'll be stuck there for a little. Ngh... means I gotta leave this place... I can head over to meet up with you, but it's gonna take a few weeks.
