The last few days I've been trying to take ~4 hour naps twice a day. It didn't work out because I had to go to shows at night and stuff. I think I just caught up on all my sleep though. I've been asleep about 8-9 hours on and off. This is partly my fault because i did wake up severals times and just roll over and go back to sleep.. i woke up a lot actually. i've been sleeping like that a lot lately which id partly what drove me to try changing my sleeping habits.this is going to take some time. one positive effect of sleeping shorter or really just staying up when i wake up is i can remember my dreams much better. i know i had a dream this morning but i can't remember it at all now.
