These are really not for any specific fandom but I had Draco/Ginny on my mind nearly the entire time.

Disclaimer: I'll put it here so I don't have to retype it over and over. I don't own them. Never will. If I did the outcome would definitely be different. I just play with them...they're my vodoo toys...?

Title: Hope

Word Count: 75
A/N: Well this one is obviously Draco/Ginny!

Hope.

That's all that was left, or so it was made to be that way.

In a sad, strange way it made sense to them.

Clashing horribly against the blinding white was the unmistable fire red.

Everyone knew who it was. There was no mistaking who either of them were.

He stood strong, nearly blending into the glare of the sun on the snow.

Her against him clashing violently, almost like blood on white silk.

They both like it. Not knowing what was right or wrong thrilled them. They never seemed to slow down anymore.

The lies that floated around were from everywhere. The lies were to each other, themselves. and everyone around them.

He was caught in the hype of it all. She was caught in him.

Neither of them wanted it to end.

He loved her.

She loved him.

See the lies?

He had been told he was older than his years. There were times he believed it and times he didn't. At times he thought he was naive.

When she was around him, she was naive.

When he was around her, he was old.

Her love was young and true.

His love was deep and faithful.

They were both naive. The were both older than life.

They fought verbally but never did they touch.

Until now.

Neither knew how it happened or who started it. But it happened. First it was harsh and agressive but progressed to soft and passionate.

Then as if burnt both jumped back looking at each other.

He pushed a hand through his hair as she stared at her feet. He frowned offering his hand, she took it.

But this time he wasn't sure if it really was an accident. He talked to his mother. She said to wait it out. She also said not to tell father.

He did his work like everyone else. He did everything like a normal teenager.

She stumbled upon him one day. He was sitting in the grass staring off into space. His eyes were unfocused.

She sat next to him basking in the silence. He looked over at her questioningly but just shrugged it off. They sat like that for a while. Neither caring if they missed breakfast or classes.

And they sat every morning after that.

And suddenly his days seemed brighter.

She wanted to change it but wasn't sure how to go about it. She saw him in the hall and cracked a smile. He just rose an eyebrow and kept walking.

She pondered on that through her classes. Everyone knew they were together. Why not show it?

She sighed as she walked through the hall headed for her last class of the day. Suddenly she was turned around and a mouth pressed against her's.

"I love you."
