a stupid question
okay guys, i have a ridiculously dumb question but my googling hasn't provided me with an answer.
so, tattoo expos. you pay a fee for admission and there are artists there tattooing. do you pay the artists for the tattoos as well? i mean, i would think so... or do they get like a cut of all entry fees or something?
Joshua Carlton will be in Phoenix at the end of August and i want my Tristan tattoo! i just wanna be prepared financially. i've e-mailed him to see if he has any appointment slots available still. fingers crossed!
