Hmm... This isn't much different than being a nobody, aside from the fact that I have maintained my capacity to feel. The lack of a heartbeat is far from dissimilar, and I've already become familiar with a lack of aging.
I've yet to experiment much with my enhanced abilities, though notable differences inclued an increased senses. My appearance has even changed slightly, or rather, it has been enhanced. ...Strange how I can appear so much myself and yet, somehow, better in some aspects.
That aside, I have managed to make a diagnosis on the replica heart I initially created a few months back.
First, I suppose I never explained how it was formed. For those from 'Auldrant', no, it wasn't with fomicry. I actually used some of the knowledge Ansem the Wise had used involving the encryption of hearts as data; it was likely similar knowledge that was used to create the Riku Replica, for he too was made from data alone, or so I would imagine.
However, you will notice that Ryuu has...extreme emotional activity. For example, his possessiveness over Naminé is above-average interest, and, when angered, he becomes far more than arrogant. I've come to the conclusion that this is due to the instability of his replicated heart; while it may give him emotions, his heart is not real and thus operates differently. Any of his feelings are intensified. Of course, this is but a theory; only Vexen would be able to confirm my suspicions.
The same thing can be applied to the replica heart, if not to a greater caliber... So, I really doubt it was anything along the lines of 'fonon separation'.
Also, the wave of new arrivals seems to be continuing... and now, there are four 'Ions', three of them being completely identical and two sharing the same name. I only wonder how much confusion will ensue due to this.
