The Time Has Come

After some more delicate planning, and dealing with the security measures that would normally alert the family that a vampire was on the premises, Lilah and I were standing outside of my family's front door. The vampire security took a bit of time to deal with, but now I could rest assured that we wouldn't be interrupted for a while.

I looked at Lilah just before I knocked on the door. "Get ready for a night of fun," I said with a grin, knocking on the front door.
