whats up with kids and music these days i mean damn
1.So get this i spent the night at my moms freinds house last night and her freind has a son who had invited a freind over to spend the night aswell. Anyways its about 2 in the morn and we were up channel surfing and i landed on a Bob Marley video (goodtimes) anyways 3 problems arised number 1 they did not know who Bob Marley was (but ok you know so people dont so ikept quiet) then 2 they proceeded to say whos this crappy jamaican singer wow he sucks etc( i kept quiet on this cause i figured diffrent strokes for diffrent folks you know) BUT THEN 3 i changed the channel a few more times and theyre were multiple videos of britney spears changy(chingy?) usher (they helped me memorize the names) and not only were they able to recognize it but then they said now this is real music!........ What the hell were did these kids go wrong GOOD MUSIC i beg to differ. i dont know if its just me but it seems like kids these days are losing touch of the roots(hahah kids these days) It feels like we are being drowned in a pool of shitty manufactured pop music for shame
2. i was listening to the radio for once and i heard the faint,postal service,modest mouse and the yeah yeah yeahs on Kroq WTF everything is a trend now a days..
But that aside it seems like school fucking sucks im not doing very well my grades are shot.
Well monday im going to be taking a trip to samo for lunch if anybody cares and um yeah woohoo hopefully i can hangout with dylan today that would be radical.
