SUMMARY His math couldn't be wrong!
Taki Aizawa was known for being a critical thinker. Put flatly, he was quite brilliant, even though his rash actions when things didn’t go his way stated otherwise. For the most part, Taki was made of logic and if something didn’t work out, he went out of his way to fix the problem.
Throughout school he had been the painfully smart one, often called the teacher’s pet and picked on by kids less smart than he. The boy had quickly found out that, while he may be the one getting kicked around at the time, he was going to be the one with the huge corporation and 1,000 people working under his command. That knowledge would always send a thrill of pride through his system and that was what got him through the rough years, as they were so lovingly called.
Despite the high marks and above average SAT scores, he had opted to do something he loved. But, as logic dictated, he was catching a very lucky break and continued to do so throughout his life up.
Up until this very second.
What was supposed to be a quiet (albeit, sex-filled ) evening with his youngest lover had turned into an obnoxious night of the oldest and the youngest studiously playing some game that included loud car crashes and squealing brakes.
His exasperated sigh only met his own ears as the singer sat at his kitchen table, staring out into the living room at the two idiots on the floor, turning and mashing the buttons on the expensive game console. The look on his face clearly said he was absolutely and utterly put off, but neither of the two looked his way.
So Taki Aizawa, the man who was known to compute complex equations in his head and spit out the answers in rapid succesion, was currently having a hard time figuring out why, oh why, one plus one was suddenly adding up to three.
