Wow, this was a first - my FSU post elicited responses from people who I don't know. I guess that keeping my posts public helped do that...all of you out there who might be reading, go ahead and say hi.
And damn...Peter Jennings died. As someone who has always had a keen interest in journalism, this is some craziness. I saw him on The Daily Show a few months ago, and I knew he had cancer and all, but it killed him quick. A good journalist gone, it's a damn shame.
