Roller Disco Muse
Yes, we watched Xanadu last night (jenny shaun and i, mason was fast asleep on the other end of the sectional). I am still not quite sure how I feel about that roller disco-musical. The acting was awful- but the musical/dance numbers were pretty awesome. and I don't care what anyone says, olivia newton john was really hot in the last song/dance number.
I haven't made an entry in a while, and thats mostly because things have been pretty nuts since I got back from Illinois. I am planning on putting in my notice by Feb 15, if possible. I applied for a few jobs and things look bright. Even if I don't have a job, I decided to take a leap of faith and go.
I love things about my job, but its a frustrating place to be. I am looking forward to a bit less limited budget and newer items to keep guests happy. I'm taking my tax money, thats what I am moving with.
I also decided to sit down with Jenny and Mason and Shaun next week, and break the news gently. I think that if I explain it, and then let them yell at me it will be a lot easier to navigate through the "Are you insane!"'s and the "I can't believe you are doing this!"'s. I can sit and get yelled at, it doesn't matter.
The big part I am worried about is moving my pets. Speaking of which I am going to check out the aspca and see if they have any tips.
I'm broke and going to gamestop to sell some of my unused games and dvds. I'm poor and I have no choice. NO CHOICE! Everyone always wants to do stuff when I am poor, and when I have tons of money everyone else is broke so I spend my money on computer/gaming stuff that I don't want to return.
Sigh. So is the life of the lazy.
