My dear biancca asked for this coloring so here it is:

  >>

- Made with Photoshop CS 2.
- Involves Selective Coloring so it is not translatable, sorry.
- This won't work for every image so try to adjust the settings.

01. Selective color layer:
REDS: +87 / 0 / 0 / -13
YELLOWS: -27 / 0 / 0 / -45
MAGENTAS: +100 / 0 / +46 / -60
NEUTRALS: +12 / -12 / -10 / -11

02. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft light 100% opacity.

03. Color balance layer:
SHADOWS: -28 / -18 / -14
MIDTONES: -74 / -31 / -14
HIGHLIGHTS: -9 / +5 / -5

04. Channel mixer layer:
RED: +100 / -10 / +5
GREEN: +5 / +99 / 0
BLUE: +5 / -5 / +100

05. Color fill layer #231e13, set it to Exclusion 100% opacity.

06. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft light 100% opacity.

07. Selective color layer:
REDS: +20 / +5 / +5 / -5
YELLOWS: +10 / 0 / 0 / +5
MAGENTAS: -54 / +55 / -60 / 0
WHITES: 0 / 0 / 0 / -17
NEUTRALS: +5 / +5 / +5 / +5

08. Color fill layer #332519, set it to Exclusion 100% opacity.

09. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft light 100% opacity.

10. Color fill layer #f8dfd1, set it to Soft light 60% opacity.

11. Make a new layer and press Ctrl+alt+shift+E, then sharpen and low the opacity depending on your image. I set it to 50%.

12. Take this texture by crazydelight and set it to Lighten 80% opacity.

Ask for the PSD and I'll pm it to you ;)
