Hey guys
Well, I finished my summer school class a couple of weeks ago. I'd like to say that I have a job but unfortunately, I couldn't find one. I have been working out a lot though. Heh.
Recently I visited the UC Davis campus and its very pretty. The experience was somewhat overwhelming, but I have to get used to the idea that I wont be a resident of San Diego for a while! I did meet some cool people up there so I will know some faces when I arrive in September.
Aside from working out and thinking about college, I've been hanging out with friends whenever possible. I mostly spend time with my sister's friend's brother, Jeremy. He is a very cool guy and I'm basically always guaranteed a laugh when we hang. Also, some nights I still go over to Mike's house for movies and wrestling. Fun business!! ... The only thing I regret is not spending enough time with my friends from high school, particularly of the female gender. I haven't tried very hard to maintain former friendships, and looking at pictures my friends take of group gatherings and realising that I am absent from these pictures gives me a somewhat melancholic feeling. I guess I will just have to try harder to keep a few friendships strong.
On another note, Yesterday I went to a gay pride festival at Balboa Park with Wes, Amber, and Bonnie. The festival is going on today, too, but I decided only to go one day. It was fun; there were cool stands, food (mmmm) and bands performing. Not to mention a whole bunch of nifty-looking cross dressers--so awesome!! I suppose you're wondering why I would miss a second day of this same-sex action-packed event. Well, This morning I'm going to the gym, then I plan on stopping at Parkway plaza to return some clothing. Tonight Im hanging with Dani, her boyfriend Carl, and her boyfriend's buddy Drew. We are going night fishing at the beach. Fun stuff!!
Hmm thats about it for now! Other than the fact that I got MY NOSE PIERCED FINALLY. Geez It took me long enough eh? That brings the piercings to 10 and counting. HeHe.
