2009 has been ridiculous in all the right ways.
Also, for the guitar nerds, here's my current set up (no photos)
ESP F-250 -> tuner -> Volume pedal -> Boss RE-20 Space Echo (stereo output to:) -> Hughes and Kettner 100W Black Vortex -> Hughes and Kettner 4x12 loaded with Celestions -> other stereo output to a Johnson Millennium 150W 2x12 combo on the JCM800 Halfstack clone setting. The H&K runs switching clean/distorted while the Johnson stays perpetually distorted with a blending of the two tones.
It sounds gorgeous. If you want to hear it, and also hear me sing (yes...singing...like hitting notes and making things sound pretty), come see my new band (which also features Jeff and John from Community Chaos and Paul) play at Farm 255 on the 21st of February. I'm a little nervous to be playing lead and singing, so any kind of support would be appreciated.
