another week of camp complete, PIRATES!!! Remington! omfg!!!
This week of camp was only 3 days long!! woo!!! but i probably said that last post? i dont remember. friday was great I guess. Me and Fraggle did camp evaluations and songs and games with teh girls. A few put me down as their favorite counselor!!! yay!! and I had so much fun with teh girls on friday. well, some of the units were boring, but unit 4 was great!! we were just goofing around the whole time and it was really fun! our staff meeting after work lasted until 4:30, but i dont mind since i didnt have to be anywhere yet and im always late for work in the morning so it kinda makes up for that.
friday night, i pick up laura and we head out to the levee to see pirates of the carribean. we ate some delicious food at bar louie first. then we saw the movie. it kicked ass. like it wasnt /better/ than the first, but it didnt suck either. I liked it and it was pretty funny. At the end me and laura are like WHAT!!! and it leaves you hanging so aka they have to make another one. but i think i knew they were planning on making at least 3. so before hte movie started, me and laura are sitting there and i see all these people dressed up in piratey attire and one of them looks like my friend remington from down at school. iw as like psh thats probably not him though because what the hell would he be doing up here? but he turned his head looking at someone else in his group and im like yeah i think that IS him...so i gave him a call on his cell phone and it was him so i ran up to him and hugged him and we talked for a few minutes. it was pretty exciting. :)
after that, we went to coldstone, and went back to lauras and we watched the movie Mulholland Dr. It was confusing as hell. at the beginning were like OK this is confusing but it will probably clear up at the end. no. it just got more confusing. it was the biggest waste of 2 hours of my life!!!! like we tried to figure it out but our propositions would make sense for part of it but then theres be ap art of the movie that just totally didnt fit with that. so were like OK screw it. i came home and went to bed at like 3:30 am. ja.
