(no subject)
I hardly feel that I'm home anymore. I've been spending a lot of time up in Dallas. Actually, this past week I've been almost everywhere within the state of Texas. All my driving time would equal a trip back to NY. I was up in Dallas, I was down in the valley, spent a day or two here... everywhere!
But, GUESS WHAT?! I finally got a job!! I will be a home equity loan counselor, but my exact job title is Bank Sales Specialist III, and I will be making A LOT more than I was making in Connecticut, which is FREAKIN AWESOME! The only bad part is that the position doesn't start until August 22. Hello, job, don't you understand that I need a job now! However, it's all good, I finally got a job and you don't understand the relief it brings me!!
Also, I finally got accepted to UTSA, however I can't attend this Fall. I have about a 5 week training period, then my whole work schedule is going to be different afterwards, so it's hard to pick classes. The only thing that sucks is that I can't defer my admission, I'm going to have to reapply. UGH! They just want another lousy $30 application fee. Oh well, I'll just get accepted again, no worries.
