(no subject)
So before I was thinking about how I haven't read any decent lovey-dovey GacktxKami fics in aaaaaaagmggggeeeeeesssss and it made me sad....Wheres the love? So I decided...I'd write a VERY short oneshot just for them ^_^
“Gackt what’s wrong?” Kami asked wrapping his arms around his lover. The younger man was obviously depressed and Kami wanted nothing more than to cheer him up.
“Nothing.” Gackt said not taking his eyes off the little piece of paper he was staring at. Kami sighed and walked around the chair Gackt was sitting in. He knelt down in front of Gackt trying to catch his eyes. Gackt did everything he could to avoid eye contact. Gently, Kami placed his index finger underneath Gackt’s chin and lifted the other’s head slightly.
“Gackt, talk to me.” Sighing Gackt handed the piece of paper over to Kami. Kami took it and read.
“What do you think? Aren’t they tiresome? Do they bore you? I have no way with words do I?” Kami folded the paper and looked at Gackt.
“Do you always have to put yourself down? Can you not be happy with your work once in a while?”
“But…If they’re not good lyrics…”
“What? What will it do?”
Gackt looked away. He wasn’t used to Kami being so forward with him. He was the confident one, he was the one always comforting Kami.
“Gackt?” Kami was looking at him intently.
“I…wanted to write about something that inspires me but nothing I write seems good enough.”
“This was perfectly fine.” Kami relied.
“Fine? It’s about you.” Gackt looked into Kami’s eyes and began to cry.
“Gackt?” Kami questioned getting up and wrapping his arms around his lover. Gackt held Kami desperately,
“I don’t think I deserve you.” He whispered. Kami hushed him, wiping the tears from his cheeks.
“Silly Gackt, don’t ever put yourself down.” He chose to comfort Gackt the way he knew was most effective and kissed him softly. Gackt, all too willingly returned the kiss.
“I just wish you could know how much I love you.” Gackt said when they broke apart.
“I do.” Kami replied. “And for the record I love you too.”
