Ok so i actually managed to do another chapter...

Gackt was woken a few hours later by a knock on the door.  Kami, who had begun to drift off to sleep, sat up, looking around wildly as if shocked that someone would actually want to see them.  Smiling at his lover’s drowsiness Gackt called out

“Come in.”  Yu~ki poked his head round the door, before opening it fully and entering the room.  He was carrying two glasses of blood, one half empty, one full.  Handing the full one to Gackt he grinned,

“Thought you’d need the energy.”  Taking the glass, Gackt looked at it and said,

“This wont be enough, it’ll just make me crave more.”

“At least drink some.”  Yu~ki pressed.  A loud bang interrupted them.

“What was that?” Kami thought aloud, hovering to the window.  When he saw what it was he gasped.

“What?”  Yu~ki questioned.

“Men.  Tons of them, from the village.”

“But what could they want?”

“I don’t know, but they don’t look too happy.”

“Stay here then, Gackt drink up, I think you’re defiantly going to need it.”  Yu~ki dashed out of the room.

When Yu~ki reached the entrance hall, Klaha, Mana and Közi were already there.  Klaha raised his staff and the doors flew open.  Around thirty men entered the castle.  The mayor leading.

“Where’s the vampire?” he spat.

“And why should I tell you?”  Klaha replied calmly.

“Because it’s killed another one of our villagers, more brutally than last time, the trail of blood led here.”

“I can assure you Gackt has not left this castle for days.”

“Ah so it is here!  And I bet you all helped it escape.”

“You cannot keep a vampire in chains.”

“Then I’ll destroy it!”

“Not if you can’t get past the four of us.”  At this the mayor snorted.

You think you’re so powerful?  I think thirty men can get past three men and a woman.”

Mana looked outraged.

“A woman?  You’re narrow mindedness amuses me!”  He stepped forward and raised both hands above his head, chanting something.

“What is this place?”  The mayor shouted angrily.  Ignoring him Mana shot something in the form of a fireball straight at the mayor, knocking him backwards.

“Get them!”  He shouted.

Soon everyone was engaged in a fierce fight.  The villagers had gathered every kind of weapon they could think of and the sound of gunshots and clangs of metal rang throughout the halls.  A man with a gun had chosen to pursue Yu~ki, who, through his vampire side had maintained immortality.  Közi, who noticed the gunman repeatedly shooting at Yu~ki stood behind him and laughed.

“Don’t you know you can’t kill a vampire?” he giggled.

“Yes but fortunately seeing as I am half mortal, garlic and crosses have no effect on me either.”  The gunman, at hearing this, decided to go for a more physical approach and began punching Yu~ki as hard as he could, which sent a typically, un-sober Közi into even more hysterics.  Yu~ki sighed,

“I grow tired of this.”  He stopped the man’s fist with his hand and wrapped the other around his neck, squeezing until he lost all consciousness.  Klaha and Mana stood back, casting spells to paralyze the attackers.  While all this was going on, two men, the mayor and a close colleague snuck upstairs in pursuit of Gackt.

“Gackt drink.”  Kami pleaded, holding the glass of blood to his lover’s lips.  “It was selfish of me to expect you to stop for me.”  He continued “We’ll find a way to sort this out wont we?”  He smiled as best he could, trying to reassure Gackt.

“I…promised.”  Gackt began but was silenced as Kami seized the opportunity, gently tipping Gackt’s head backwards and pouring the red liquid down his throat.  Kami didn’t let go till the glass was empty.  Upon having his head released, Gackt gulped a little, trying not to choke and to catch his breath at the same time.  Kami pulled Gackt’s head to his chest and smiled.

“You’ll thank me later.”
