I will be investigating the status of these packages to the best of my ability.
They have been sent to you and have not been returned to me - so I cannot offer any refunds at this time.
Both packages were sent from Canada, and will take up to six weeks to arrive to these international destinations (which are only post office "guidelines" - not mine.)
I've been told by veteran international shippers and have experienced myself that international shipping can take even longer.
Once a package I sent to Italy took 4 months to arrive - however I do not expect this to take that long!
Please be patient. There are many reasons shipping can be delayed.
Also take into consideration there has been a holiday weekend since these items were sent.
I cannot control the time it takes for items to reach you - and as you see I have indeed shipped it.
