List of my health issues...

(1983) Born with Muscular Dystrophy.
(1983) Born with a scratch across right cornea.
Birth through present: Eye sensitivity to bright lights.
(1994?)13 years old: Can't walk anymore. Wheelchair bound.
(1996)15 years old: Cornea transplant surgery.
Early teenage years: Stomach issues start.
(August, 2001) 18 years old: Almost died of pneumonia. Lungs collapse. Emergency Tracheotomy. Hospitalized two months. Requires use of ventilator to lay down and/or sleep from then on.
(2001-present): Trach change every other month.
(February, 2002) 18 years old: Pneumonia again. Hospitalized one week.
(2002-2006): Pneumonia at least two times a year. Not hospitalized.
(April, 2006) 23 years old: Ear issues start.
(October, 2006) 23 years old: Pneumonia again. Hospitalized approximately one month. Rehab approximately 2 weeks. Requires occasional use of oxygen from then on.
(2006-2009): Pneumonia at least two times a year. Not hospitalized.
(2007) 24 years old: Headaches start. See PCP.
(2007) 24 years old: Skin issues start. See Dermatologist.
(2007) 24 years old: See ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) for ear issues. Get inner ear tubes put in.
(2008) 25 years old: See Gastroenterolgist for on going stomach issues. Is told might have Crohns disease or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
(2008) 25 years old: See ENT specialist in Boston.
(2008) 25 years old: Have inner ear tubes removed.
(2007-2009): Birth Control, menstrual cycle and urinary tract issues.
(March, 2009) 26 years old: Pneumonia again. Not hospitalized. Start pain medication.
(May, 2009) 26 years old: Pneumonia again. Hospitalized approximately two weeks.
(May, 2009) 26 years old: Find cyst on right ovary. Have internal ultrasound. Not cancer. Find lump in left breast. Told nothing to worry about.
(May, 2009 - August, 2009) 26 years old: Near constant chest and abdominal pain.
(May, 2009) 26 years old: Start taking Ativan to help sleep.
(July, 2009): Start seeing counselor once a week.
(August, 2009) 26 years old: Find second lump in left breast. Have ultrasound. Not cancer.

Present day: Near constant abdominal and chest pain. Taking pain medication every day. Cyst on right ovary. Two cysts on left breast. On going ear issues. Occasional stomach issues. Occasional urinary issues. Occasional joint and muscle pain. Requires use of ventilator and oxygen to lay down and/or sleep.

Doctors/Specialist's I see:

Pulmonologist.
Primary Care Physician.
Gastroenterologist.
Urologist.
Gynocologist.
ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat).
Dermatologist.
Counselor.

I think that's it. Not to mention occasional depression because of all this and other life issues.
