Wow. Here it is, a litte over six months since I decided I needed to change a few things in my life. Those six months went well, with a few bumps in the road. My plan to lose weight worked. Since January 1st I am 57 pounds lighter, and my body feels so much healthier because of it. On January 1st I also tried to quit smoking pot. That didn't work
