Hellooooo...
So...I know I haven't been very good at talking to you Livejournal. I understand if you're mad at me. It's been what...probably a few months?! Wow, everything that has happened since we've last chatted.
Well, to start...
- Been elected Residence Halls Association President
- I surprised Zach by jumping out of a bathroom in Florida
- Michelle and I have been on like a thousand crazy adventures like usual
- I've met a TON of cool people from Green Bay (Joe and crew)
- Gone through 2 quarters at school (it's been rough)
- Been in a near-death car accident with Michelle and Ryan
- Been hired in Servant-Leadership working for the great Dr. Scheibler
- Flown to California with Ryan to go to Disneyland/KBF/LA/West Hollywood (AMAZING TRIP)
- Gotten an awesome new job with Allied Advertising & Public Relations as a movie screening rep
- Been accepted for an internship at Walt Disney World working in their Operations department
- And maaaaany other exciting things...
Most recently, I've returned from Florida once again. Ryan, Alexsis, and I drove down there last friday to stay in Daytona Beach for a couple days. There, I got to see Nathan and Brian and the crew which was amazing. They welcomed us to the house for Easter where we had a FEAST! (Brian makes a mad quiche) So we spent all day Easter cooking and preparing our big meal which ended up being amazing. Later that night we met some people at Coldstone and we happened to know 2 of the people working there, so they let us come behind the counter and MAKE our own ice cream creations. That was sooooo good! Also while in Daytona we went to the beach and hung out with some of Nate's friends. I met some very cool people there.
After all of our fun in Daytona, we took the next step of our adventure and drove to Orlando to meet up with Jeff and Brian. We did Disney for the next 5 days. Our hotel was soooo ghetto but it was cheap ($40/person for 5 nights). This place was gross though...rusty door, leaky bathtub, sticky carpet, no outlets. Quite a change from the Marriott we had been staying at in Daytona! But nonetheless it was fun. I got to see Zach which was incredibly amazing. I miss him so much and can't wait to be in Florida more permanently! Along with Zach, his sisters just happened to be in Orlando with their band so I got to hang out with them also! It worked out almost too perfectly. Everything went well. The drive home was sad, and we ran into some scary storms, but we made it back to Milwaukee safely this morning around 6am. I immediately passed out in my bed.
Well...here's to a new era. Perhaps I'll revive you once again Livejournal. I think I need somewhere to put my thoughts and adventures!
