and here thought I could tell you something you don't know...

I saw the Faint last night for the second time live and it was just as amazing as the first. Plus the weather was relitively cool which added to the overall atmosphere of it all. I wasn't feeling the over crowdedness though or the Bush bashing by the band that played before them. I finally voted on my absentee ballot which was exciting since it was my first time!!! My boyfriend is in North Carolina still...but I will be picking him up tonight at the airport yay I miss him how pathetic hah! I have a splinter in my toe that I can't get out, it's pretty damn big too!!! My Parents saw the movie saved under my suggestion and to my surprise said they liked it and that it really opened their eyes to how everyone on the out-side sees Christians. It's funny because to the world that movie is just supposed to be funny...but watching it from a Christian perspective after growing up in that exact atmosphere it was sad and made me think a lot about the Christian community and what they are really doing to people while they think they are "saving" them. I know when I was younger I even acted that way at one point. No doubt a lot of the things in the movie are exaggerated but a lot of it was quite close to reality...I think every Christian should see it so they see why so many people turn away from the Church and religion but not necessarily God. I'm going to go be creative now peace out guys....
