(no subject)
well, it certainly has been an interesting week. I only worked 4 days, which was nice... wednesday was my day off, so i went swimming at the pool and did some errands and checked out the bookstore out at willow place. this week, i found out about 3 deaths... one of my best highschool friends' husband committed suicide, someone my stepmom knew died, and Justin's grandmother passed away. what a depressing week. i went to the funeral friday for justin's grandma... it was a really nice service. i only started crying about 16 times, and somehow that made me realize that i wasn't able to cry at my granddaddy's funeral back in november. anyways...finally saw the infamous ashlee... lol. i didnt think i'd know anyone at the funeral, except maybe sarah... but some people from church showed up. anyways, enough about the funeral, that's depressing.
friday night i went with kris over to eiren's house in midlo for her barbeque... that was freakin awesome. all the food you could want, random people doing random things, gay people dancing and singing along to the little shop of horrors soundtrack... it was great. it made me completely forget all of the stuff from the past few weeks. didnt really do anything on saturday except catch up on sleep...and of course, today was church. and i realized on the way back home that Christianity is one of the most confusing things ever... i really wish i had someone to just talk to about it, just to get someone else's perspective, so i don't feel so alone in this, but there isn't anyone... anyways, i took a nap... it was nice...
so this is what's up this week... working 5 days (not tuesday, but saturday...urgh); going to portsmouth on tuesday for optometrist appointments and a dentist appointment, then my aunt & uncle from georgia are gonna be here for dinner yay! i haven't seen them in at least a year. that's about all... maybe hanging out with friends? doubtful, but maybe.
