(no subject)
i never update anymore.
the last real entry i wrote is when i first moved it at 470 dupont, holy shiateee!
anyways, i just want to say i really appreciate life.
sometimes im a dirty complaining bitch, but for real, im lovin' it most of the time.
sure im more broke than ever, but i actually dont care, its worth all the fun i have.
ive had more fun in almost a year here than ive had in the rest of my life combined.
i would not know where to begin with writing all that i've done, but here are some highlights for me:
- bike rides all over the city while listening to sweet rock and roll on my ipod.
- drinking/partying all the time. specifically jack daniels and/or gin & tonics. yes, i have a substance abuse problem. yes, i don't care.
- good nights at 751, Queenshead, Bovine, the Social, Drake and so much more.
- dancing. it really really makes me happy!
- patios patios patios!
- kensington market everything: moonbean coffee, great vintage finds at goodwill/flashback.
- djing. Goddddd its been so fun.
- having a pretty great job. granted i have worked a lot of garbage jobs while here too, but i am so lucky i can roll out of bed and i get paid to listen to/talk about music for 8 hours a day.
- men. dudes. boys. whatever, i love them all. they're everywhere. and sometimes theres great looking ones that having amazing hair and wear tight jeans and cowboy boots.
- having a bajillion stories that i can tell my grandkids about how crazy i was and how many stupid things i did when i was young: from trying to pee on bouncers to waking up not knowing where i am, ive got some good ones!
and finally the most important thing is that i have amazing people to share these times with!
seeing as how i will probably not update this for another year or something...ill just let y'all know that when my lease is up in September here im either going to live on some couches for a few months here, or move home and then in January/February of '08 im off to England (London!). Its my chance to live in complete squaler (even more than i do now) and see europe. So stoked!
