I was actually thinking bout hitting you up to go run. How far have you been running? I'm just starting all over again and have only been running once a week really :-/

I may be around to go running with you guys. I'm generally running 3-5 miles, several times a week. (almost daily when I'm home)

Maybe its the 8 years of smoking keeping me from running 3 to 4 miles?
