Kicking things off with a bang
The upshot is that I've had better weeks to say the least. Homework is fowl, Harry's temper has been worse and I've never had so much detention in all my life. Confidentially, I'm surprised that McGonagall didn't ban me from trying out for quidditch, or even take away Harry's captaincy. What a mess that would have been! Maybe she was so angry she forgot? I'm sure Snape would have loved it; without Harry, the Slytherin team might actually have a chance again. Or would they? I hear the Ravenclaw team could be awfully good...
