My doc gave me allergia d he said that would speed me up and it has and I have been eating right but I do need to start running again.2 yrs ago I ran 6 miles a day . Since I have went on xanies I just started gaining here and there. So im off of xannies now thank god. I will take some pics this wk end . U know I have never had a inch to pinch till I took xannies .

You just have to eat right !!! Just eat a lot of things that grow thats what I do. I have lost 18 lbs since I just started eating fruits and veggies and very little meat.OHH make sure to drink lots of water''''love ya nika smoches xo

You know my back started acting up so bad and I have lupus and my doc said if I didnt lose the weight that I would hurt worse so I decided to lose it .Man its all in the mind BUT IF YOU HAVE A THYRIOD PROBLEM THATS REALLY TOUGH TO LOSE I HAD A HYPER THYRIOD WHEN I WAS YOUNG OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT BUT THEY GAVE THE IDIONE I was so skinny that I had no meat on me at all. YOU LOOK GOOD IN UR PICS I dont see where you need to lose weight!!!! I think when peeps get to skinny they look nasty . I would rather have weight than be too skinny. Sorry for f***** typing I was talking and typing at the same time. love u doll''''
