im confused
Instilled "Unfinished Business" CD
As soon as I put this CD in my CD player I knew Instilled was a New York band. They definatley have that mid nineties NYHC feel to them; thick, full bodied, and tough as nails. Every once in a while they throw in a few melodies but hold it all together with heavy riffs and strong, yet not overpowering bass lines. One major difference between this disc and any other nineties hardcore band is the recording quality. “Unfinished Business” has a clear, but not over polished sound. Copious breakdowns, short songs, and a few gang vocals make Instilled’s “Unfinished Business” a must have for others, who like me, have an affinity for early-mid nineties hardcore.
