Totally forgot about Kougaiji's birthday yesterday. Sorry, Kou. Happy 1250+2!! (See
here for Happy 1250+ post~.)
In other news, all my econtra pups are dead sleeping. I've heard of Heero offing Harth of course, but my Trowa muse just plain refuses to give me a reaction or anything. He's still stuck with the single personality plan or something, I dunno.=( It's depressing me for him to be out of the loop again, but he just won't do anything, won't work or cooperate with me, augh! Same for Gojyo pup who has decided to fall into the rest of the ikkou's pace, which is rolling along enough to pass the AC. They're both as silent as Meilin-muse, augh.
I cried twice last Thursday, second day of sch**l. I only came to sch**l to get my subjects adjusted and to attend a thesis meeting in the afternoon but it was--guuuh.
I arrived around 8 to get in line for the priority number cards and got 31. When I went inside the office to meet the academic assistant, she told me I needed a Level 2 clearance and to go to the registrar. She said I need not get a number when I come back. So I went to the registrar, which is practically on the other side of the university. They sent me to the library. I went to the third floor of the library where they told me I had an overdue fine unpaid. It was 40php and I remember paying the same amount once. I told them I paid it in the first floor, thinking the transaction must have not been logged or something. They checked and the book was returned to one of the book shoots around campus (I borrowed the book multiple times since it's our main reference for our thesis content). Said my "statement" was "mali (wrong)" which is basically calling me a liar. Miffed, I just asked them if I could just pay the fine then. They sent me to the fourth floor where the librarian was missing. When she finally came, she didn't have any change to my 100. Told me to ask around. So I did. Photocopy girl was missing outside, they didn't have any change in the third floor either (both the book counter and the photocopy girl), and first floor was the same. I had no choice but to go back to my building (after asking another photocopy girl in a different building, who also gave me a no), crying from frustration and fatigue.
When I got back it was already almost 11am and the classmate I left my bag to had a class. So I packed up my laptop and cables and lugged all my stuff back to the library. Then back to the registrar then back to my building. My shoulder was hurting really bad and I felt like dying already, but had to meet with the academic assistant again. We got my classes switched around and then she asked for my priority number, which I told her I didn't have. She shouted out to the secretary that someone managed to sneak in and, annoyed, the secretary shouted back that I just fell in line. Called a fucking liar for the second time that day! She told me I didn't need a number anymore damnit! Cried for the second time as soon as I got out of the office and had a couple of classmates listen and rant with me. Once I've calmed down, still with all my stuff, I went to the accounting office to pay for my adjustment fees then went in line in front of the registrar's to get the reprint of my enrollment assessment form. By the time I got back to my building, I was feeling really sick, tired and dizzy and whoozy that I seriously considered messaging my thesis leader that I was going home. It was already noon.
My dad drives me to and from sch**l whenever I bring my laptop so we've never bothered to buy a special bag for it. I use the Acer laptop bag, which is already heavy even without the laptop, power cable, LAN cable and mouse. Then there's my bag which is almost just as heavy, with notebooks, papers, and thesis stuff in it. And while my university is certainly not a very big one, there's a reason my building is called Planet Gokongwei. (Here,
have a map. My building is Gokongwei Hall and the accounting and registrar's office are in St. La Salle Hall.)
Augh. I get tired just thinking about Thursday morning.
