Best Buy you have lost some of my loyalty.

It shouldn't be that FREAKING hard to switch my back ordered shipment that is 1-2 weeks out to a in store p/u.

No, I will not wait you to send me a reimbursement gift card.

No, I will not go and pay cash for it in the store to be stuck again with a gift card.

Stupid.
