the last of my family has just left my house. today everyone got together over at my house to celebrate my birthday. it was fun. i was able to spend time with my grandparents and eat some really good lomen (SP?) which is like ramen but with extra stuff in it. i liked it alot. anyways, so then my aunts, uncles, and cousins all came over. we hung out and talked alot a shit. :) my aunt, parents and i had a "meeting" about the trip to boston. we decided that it was be better to go in nov. this way i can really experience boston life (cold wheather and all). plus my this time i would have my SAT scores back. i reaaaaalllllly have to do good on them, because whats the point in visiting colleges when i will just end up at miami dade because of crappy test scores. anywho, the cake was good.. though wasnt really cake it was tiramisu (awwwsomeee)! i get so werid when people sing happy birthday to me. i dont like it, even if its family. can you imagine if i was one of those poor people that get happy birthday sung to them at restuarants and stuff. i would flip out. got some money today..in birthday cards...havnt counted my dough yet. :)
my grandfather told me the history behind my name and spain...you might think "oh how boring" but i didnt think so. i like listening to my grandparents because you never know when they wont be around anymore to fill your life with what seems like useless information. its really not, its my heritage and my life, and i bet knowing what he told me will benefit me someday.
in my fortune cookie it said: "The only way to have a friend is to be one." i think that this little message shouldnt have been in MY fortune cookie, but in someone elses. how strange and coincedental life is.
i believe my cousins are coming over to spend the day on tuesday (my real birthday). it will be good stuff. they are into good music like me! :) but they are just starting out. it feels awesome to introduce NEW, GOOD music to the rookies.
must get warped tour tickets sooooooon.
meg and steph are back from being beach bums:) i hope i get to see them soon. i missed them.
