I want you to know if you don't already that that is against LJ rules and you can report them to LJ abuse for doing that. I think I am going to make a report out myself because bullshit like that pisses me off. You are not fat and so what if you aren't sickly skinny, weight does not make someone beautiful.
I am also going to try to find the girl in the other picture and relay this to her.

They are not allowed to do that and they can be shut down.
