So I've been trying to limit my intake [under 1500calories/day] and I don't feel like it's working. I used to be able to just loose weight so rapidly, maybe because then I was doing 200 calories a day...sigh, I feel so fat and so gross. I wonder if it's because I'm b/p at least once every day. I just hope it's not messing up my milk, I'm still putting out a lot.

I really need to get back to at least 130...then I would feel much better I'm sure.
I can't believe I let myself get this way...
