Callie's eyes fluttered open slowly, then closed shut as the blinding sunlight came into view. She rolled over on her side and opened her eyes again. Max's sleeping face came into her view and she smiled, planting a kiss upon his forehead before closing her eyes and snuggling closer to him.

The sound of Callie's voice woke him up. It was nice to wake up and see her there. Usually he tossed and turned in his sleep but when she was there, Max slept peacefully.

"What?" he asked, half away and very confused.

"I just realized how much my mum is going to kill me when she realizes I've been gone all night..." Callie moaned, pulling on her shirt. "Even worse if she finds out I was here all night."

She stopped, sighing for a moment as she turned to look back at Max. She couldn't help but smile a little as she looked at him, just woken up.

Callie kissed Max on the lips softly with a smile. "Morning, love."

"Tell them you were with Addison," he yawned, wrapping his arms around her waist as he sat up.

"You don't have to say that you were with me, right. Addy won't mind."

"That'll work," Callie said happily, leaning against his chest and looking up at him with a smile. "So I guess I don't have to rush out of here in a hurry anymore."

"Nope. Want me to make you breakfast?" he asked, kissing her forehead.

"You spoil me," Callie said with a laugh, her hazel eyes sparkling.

"I'll take that as a yes," Max laughed, stretching out next to her. It was something he did every morning.

"I'd offer to help, but the only thing I can make without it exploding is a sandwich," Callie said with a laugh.

"Are you saying I have to be the one to play house wife?" he asked, one eye brow rising.
