I've decided I'm gonna start writing in this again. Woo.
So yeah. Things have changed a lot since the last time I wrote. Me and Nick broke up, for starters. The band has played the reindeer rockoff and the rockoff finals, the bath battle of the bands, and a show at the station for new england booking, which was amazing. We've got two more coming up.
I met a really great guy, too. Things were really complicated for a while... and I can't say I'm happy with how things ended up turning out but perhaps it'll be for the best. I still care about him more than I should as just a friend.
I've discovered possibly the greatest band on the face of the earth, and I can't believe I'd missed out on them for so long. Brand New is beyond description, basically. Just listen to anything by them.
I finished my historical fiction paper and I've going to post it in mychemicalslash. I hope it's well received, but if not oh well, I like it.
I spent the night at Cassie's last night and it was a lot of fun, even if Pirates kind of sucked and her brother made fun of us for being the losers we are. It's kind of funny how I have more in common with my best friend's 19 year old brother than I do with her. Somehow, it works.
So lots of Mr. Graffam/Ms. Landis jokes at the movies with Cassie and Dan, of course. That was great.
I can't believe theres only two weeks left of school. 9 days. I'm so pumped for summer... I'm really ready to just get the hell out of school. It'll be a great one, with jazz camp and my first warped tour and shows with the band.
Hopefully the My Chem concert will get rescheduled sometime this summer too so I can meet them... finally. It would really suck to win a radio contest for nothing.
