(no subject)
Since I last updated my brother moved out of my parent's house and moved to Lowell with one of his friends. Not too sure how long thats going to last but still its good for him. Now my parents have a childless house. I finally went and saw them on Sunday while Andrew was at work and before I went to work. I asked my mom how she was doing and all that. Not too much went on for the 2 weeks I didn't go there. My mom is trying to get full custody of Adriana though. She brought Zoe to the vet a few weeks ago and while checking out she asked the receptionist who the official owner of Adriana is. The receptionist told her it's me and Andrew is the secondary. Well my mom feels it would be "easier" to have both cats on 1 account. For this to happen I would need to call or go in and tell them its ok to sign over ownership. By doing that, I would be giving up all rights on Adriana concerning her health. Like if she was hit again by a car, my mom could make any medical decison including to put her down and I would get no say. I was like if anything happens call me and either Andrew or I would be in Billerica at the time. She looks at me and then she goes on about how she pays for everything for "Lilly." To her Adriana's name is Lilly and constantly calls her that when I call her Adri.
Then the whole tax thing came up. I want and should be considered independent on my taxes. Esp. since I pay for school, my living expenses and everything except my health insuence. I guess I paid in around $500 this year and I'm getting back around $354. Not too bad esp. since I didn't work for 3 months straight.
Classes aren't too bad. There are dumb girls in every one of my classes except for World Market. I'm soo scared of that class thogh. Maybe b/c its Senior Level and the teacher has a rep. for being really tough... I'm hoping to get nothing lower than a C+ this semester.
Oh and Andrew called like 10 mins ago to tell me he cut his eye open tonight at work... He seems ok and doesn't seem to think he needs stitches. I guess I'll see it on Thurs. night when he gets here.
