I graduated today and it wasn't what I expected...
I'm finally a high school graduate yay.
Graduation went well, besides me being extremely nervous. Especially when my row stood up, I was totally trembling. I could barely shake Mr. McClanahan's hand for it. I walked past this girl handing out roses lol and had to turn around and get one. I felt so dumb.
While graduation was going on my dad walked around for allmost the entire thing looking for my grandfather that NO ONE could find. Security could not even find him. My grandmother was worried, he didn't have his oxygen. My dad missed all of graduation except for seeing me walk, and a few other small tidbits. I was so dissapointed in my grandparents and my aunt and cousin joey for leaving as soon as it was over. They never congratulated me or stayed to see me or anything.
It turned out my grandfather couldn't find them and sat down somewhere else. It was a good day until all this happened...then it became the most dissapointing day of my life so far. I only got to see a few people I knew and talk to them for a breef moment because my dad was dragging me around looking for my grandfather then he dragged me to the parking building to look too. We walked up to about the 5th floor and found them in their van, with Penny and Joey, ready to leave. My grandfather started yelling at my dad
"I don't wanna hear it!"
and my dad was like "You've messed up this entire graduation for me and Melissa. I didn't even get to sit and watch it."
Then my aunt penny was yelling at him...
Then it was crazy. We went over to my grandmothers, and they acted as if they didn't care...at all.
My dad continued to yell.
I quit, I give up, I surrender...someone, where ever you're going, please take me with you.
I love my friends, and I hope I don't have to miss you because I'll still be seein' ya!
