Not to be the bear of bad news, but I've had my car repaired at a collision place three times, (all of which, were not my fault.) and every time, it took them like 2-3 week to repair it. Not to mention I saw 15-20 accidents on my ride home from school yesterday (no joke), which took me five effing hours. So I'd imagine it's a very busy time of the year for those sorts of places, hopefully though yours will be done earlier, cause dude.....YOU ARE a professional driver. Good Luck.

when i brought it in, i told them not to really worry about fixing cosmetic damage... that i just wanted them to repair the car so that it was safely drivable.. so hopefully that will make some amount of difference. though, that remains to be seen.
