I'm sure he'd be down with it. With his play-off beard and beaver shirt, clearly it's in his best interest to have Canada as close to Germany as possible. Then, as my sociology teacher would say, social norms would be shared across borders, and all of a sudden everyone would recognize Metze as being ahead of the game.

I mean, I'm not on LJ when I should be paying attention to my sociology lecture. :S
