fun day today
this week has been pretty fun so far.
i went home this weekend, and was taken out to supper on monday by the coolest old lady ever, and she was awesome. i was able to talk with her about lots of random stuff i didnt really feel like talking to my mom about, and she was interested in my internship, and i was able to tell her that no, all homeless people do NOT want to be there, and no, all homeless people are NOT the same race, and no, all homeless people are NOT mentally ill, and no, schizophrenia is NOT caused by homelessness alone.
also on monday, i was able to spend some time with my friend and her baby. it was really interesting to see how much her life and priorities have changed(as well as her parents). it also made me not want to be an unwed mother.
today, i did not that much. went to st. stephens, then to andrews, then out to supper with drew, tim, jason, chris, katie, and 2 other random people for tim's bday. then, the guys decided to go out bar-hopping, and i was gonna go with but we weren't sure if the bars would even let me in, being 20 and all. that was kind of disappointing, but guys night out, i can understand i spose.
so instead i came home and played DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION for 3 hours and kicked serious ass. then, i and dave and random dude from next door went to target and white castle. random dude told me "you are the complete girlfriend package, you know about cars and video games and white castle you like good movies". i told him he was 1 1/2 years too late. he tried to play it off by asking like 2 questions about andrew, but then he went and pouted in the car. ah hahaha. not laughing that he was pouting, but its always nice to know someone thinks you're the complete package. even if they are spooky.
and what am i doing now, you ask? well, i will be finishing homework until the white castle digests, which will take a long time probably. then, i shall be sleeping in as long as i can, since i dont have to work until 3 :-D then, home to do homework and sleep some more, then homework, then going home for easter. yessss. hope andrew decides to come with me for easter. no one should have to be alone on a holiday.
