Yeah, so my mother is lending me the money to fix my car. But it will most likely take me a while to pay her back. She called around and found out how much it is going to cost to fix it. The engine is getting replaced, and all the hoses need to be replaced. So, the total cost for repair is $2500. That is no joke. Everyone keeps saying to me, "Why don't you just buy a new car?" But what people don't seem to understand is, I am getting a practically new engine, I WILL, technically, have a new car. Going through the hassle of buying a new car is too much. Plus, I will most likely be spending that amount, and I take the risk of getting something that is just going to, well, break down! Haha. It would make no sense to buy a new car... So that's what going on. I am assuming that I will have my car all fixed by next Friday or so.
