We all know my shopping weaknesses- cd's, movies, and underwear. Today I gave in to one, and I gave in hard.

It started out as a trip to Wal-Mart for batteries, but I knew where I really wanted to go. Movie Gallery's "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" sign has been enticing me for weeks. First I went to Hallmark and bought some yummy smelling candles. And I got them for so cheap, that there was no reason for me not to buy movies. Plus I didn't really get anything for my birthday (besides money), so I decided 4 glorious new movies would be my present to myself. Oh so many choices, but I'm pretty happy with my results. I'm now the proud new owner of: Finding Neverland, The Notebook, Sin City, and The Machinist.

Finding Neverland and The Notebook, lame I know, but I like them, ok?! (Ryan Gosling and Johnny Depp-c'mon they are gorgeous). Sin City I have seen most of, but I fell asleep/passed out because the time I tried to watch it was when we were in Windsor this summer. The Machinist, I've never seen. But based on the fact that I adore Christian Bale, I say he can do no wrong (besides Newsies, and anyone who says they like that movie is lying-it's dumb). And I have heard good things about The Machinist, so I'm pretty happy to have it. And if it's stupid, I can always take it back and tell them it skipped or something and get a different movie.

So I think the time has come to cuddle up in my bed and watch movies. It's cold outside, and a perfect day for movies. Mind you, I do have 5 exams next week that I should be studying for, not to mention just normal homework. But it breaks my heart to have unwatched movies in my posession.

Have a great weekend friends, I surely will.

p.s.- I have to admit that I bought a movie at Wal-Mart earlier this week. The Perfect Murder for ONLY FIVE DOLLARS! And Viggo Mortensen is in it, so no regrets.
