Making The Monkees
I'm so happy about this. I got it for my website before anyone else managed to lay hold on it! This is a first in a long time for any exclusive news that has been run across my website because...well The Monkees just aren't doing that much anymore and now there's a documentary that's going to air about their career back in the 60s and I was already able to see it before it airs tomorrow night. I will say this, Making The Monkees was a pretty good documentary. There were recent appearances by all 4 Monkees....well, if you consider an interview from 1997 from Nesmith recent...I'm sure he could have done better than that but we all know how Papa Nez feels about The Monkees. Nonetheless, it was really nice to see recent footage of Davy, Micky and Peter on the program. The show also features many others from the show including Rafelson and Kirshner.
